Gluten Free Grain Free Book Favorites.

There is so much information available today about the Gluten Free/Grain Free way of living.   For that, I am grateful!!!  The hard part is weeding your way through every gluten free grain free book in order to get to the heart of the matter.  In order to get to the ones that are worth your time and your money is very time consuming.  You have to get through a lot of information in order to narrow it down to give you the information that you are looking for.  After all, trying to change your life for the better is no small task.

I know that I don’t have a lot of time to waste, and I’m sure you feel the same way.  In an effort to help save you time, I’ve compiled this list of my top favorite gluten free grain free books.  Although I haven’t gotten to every gluten free grain free book that is out there, these are the books that I have read in full and actually have in my own personal library.   My plan is to continue to add to my library, so I’ll be sure to update this list as I do.  I highly recommend each of these gluten free grain free books that I have gotten to so far, because they are packed with useful and easy to understand a ton of great information.

Owning the books is a necessity for me.  I love to take notes in books, highlight and underline (reminds me of my college days!) so that I can refer back to key information when I need to.  All of these are worth your time, the read, and the money in my eyes.  I hope you agree and learn a lot as well!

If you don’t have time for books at this juncture, save this list for the future when you do.  Sometimes viewing a quick video is enough to help me make the time to read books for more details.  Watching this video will give you an overview of the grain big picture.  To understand better why you may want to read some of these books and research further, I would recommend this video that discusses what gluten does to your brain, and this video on how gluten attacks your brain.
